Any publication has a email, which you can use to get in touch with the owner and/or editors of that publication. You can find it by going to the publication.
Then, once you have the email address, you go into your draft and go to the ‘share’ link. Put the link you see there in the email so the owner/editor can review your draft.
But before you do any of that, it is a good idea to search the publication for submission guidelines. Searching a publication is easy, you just click the little magnifying glass next to the envelope. I would also advice to scroll all the way down the page of the publication to find the ‘about <publication>’ link in the lower right hand corner, and see if there’s any mention of what new writers should do. All these links are gray so you do have to look for them, they won’t jump out at you.
