I was wondering if I should respond to your comment. I am going to try and hope it won’t come over as defensive. I agree face to face conversations go over better when in strong disagreement with someone. Simply for the fact that you are faced with the consequences of your words. Hurtful things will put hurt expressions on someone’s face. An overwhelming majority of people don’t like it when that happens. However I am not sure that unwelcome information about someones believes will be better accepted by someone simply because body language can be read. You might be able to avoid the fight but you won’t be able to convince someone their views are wrong unless they are willing to reflect on their views.
